some possible overclocked CPU cooling options?

i’m going to be overclocking an Intel i7 920 from 2.66 ghz to about 4.0 ghz so i need some after-market heat sinks.(i’ve done the research, the i7 920 can reach up to 5 ghz with a top-notch liquid cooler, so 4 ghz will be no problem)

there are two options that i am looking at, one is the Thermalright Ultra eXtreme 120, it’s gotten great reviews, and despite there being no fan, it preforms better than most heatsinks. plus a fan could be easily attached.

i am also looking at the CoolIt Systems Domino A.L.C. Liquid CPU Cooler, it’s cheap for a liquid system, coming in at about the same price as the Thermalright .

which one would work better? are there any others you would suggest?

Thermalright Ultra eXtreme 120 sounds better, but then again the fan which you will have to find the right one to fit with.
